Client Service Department

Spectrum Global International's fully qualified Client Service professionals combine industry knowledge and experience with decisive decision making and problem solving skills to form the foundation of Spectrum Global International's ability to provide a high-calibre service.

The Client Services Department is responsible for:

  • CRM Management
  • Reporting and tracking any issues that may occur and delegating to the applicable department/individual
  • Creating and distributing reports on issue resolution and performance to Management and Relationship Management.
  • Collaborating with operational departments to augment and preserve our quality of service
  • Coordinating the training needed to employ new products and services

Relationship Management

Our relationship managers work diligently when developing strategies to attract and retain clients, recruit sales professionals, reduce company outgoing, optimize productivity and increase revenue streams.

Relationship Managers main responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring the client's conversion rate to ensure product delivery and service expectations are being met
  • Assisting the correspondent in the development of their business model through product offerings, knowledge and ongoing support
  • Overseeing any issues that may arise

The Conversion Process
